TP-CEMS CEM System Integration - ATI works with plant or engineering personnel to integrate a CEM System into an existing data acquisition or control system. Depending on the application, various interface modules are available to adapt the CEMS output to plant computer systems for real-time display or total data acquisition and reporting functions. All CEM system components, regardless of its configuration are assembled and tested at our shop in Marietta, Ga. Most systems are shipped completely assembled and ready for installation, eliminating much of the expensive and time-consuming field installation and wiring. Typical time from delivery to site to startup is five working days.

TP-CEMS Follow Up Service Package - “We provide

total service and follow-up packages for systems supplied by ATI or for systems supplied by others. Since ATI

operates its own testing and monitoring division, any level of support service can be offered from the initial

certification testing to – certification, cylinder audits, reporting RATA’s and maintenance,” said Norman

Packaged Systems
The CEMS Group provides customization for each system and its space requirements of the customer’s facility. Systems can be open rack-mounted for indoor installation

in a control room or enclosed in NEMA 4 cabinets for

outdoor installation. We offer a self-contained instrumentation building (CEMS shelters) to house the CEM equipment with either local data output/display or remote communications via serial or Ethernet with the process control room or Engineering office.

Data Acquisition ● Reporting Capabilities
The data acquisition and reporting functions of the CEMS are selected based upon how the data is to be used by the customer.  When the data is to be used for compliance reporting, the data acquisition system (DAS) will consist of a data logger or PLC with computer, software and printer.  We provide on-line diagnostics and technical support via the DAS computer. Many customers utilize ATI’s quarterly reporting services, including fully assembled, accurate, quality-assured data reports for customer signature and submittal to the regulatory authority.

Automatic Operation ● Minimum Attendance
CEM Systems are designed with user-friendly maintenance features with operator and plant maintenance personnel in mind. Incorporated into the design of every CEMS is the ability of the system to operate for extended periods of time with no unscheduled maintenance required. Automatic system calibration mode is also always provided for troubleshooting purposes and Appendix F Cylinder Gas Audits (CGA). For multi-source applications, the data logging system is used for the stream switching sequencing and data tracking. Reports can be programmed to print automatically at scheduled intervals, ready for inclusion in quarterly reports.

PEM System Integration
In addition to CEMS systems, ATI offers turnkey Predictive Emission Monitoring Systems (PEMS) integration for gas and oil-fired boiler applications to meet the requirements of 40 CFR 60, Subpart Db and Title V permits. Our Sampling and Monitoring Division provides complete system design, developmental testing, equation development, hardware and software implementation and certification testing of predictive systems. “ATI’s Total Package knowledge and experience on CEMS will save our customers capital when PEMS can be utilized’, reports Norman.

Audits ● Testing
ATI conducts complete EPA certification testing of any TP-CEM System for relative accuracy (RA). We can provide quarterly cylinder gas audits (CGA) and relative accuracy test audits (RATA) as required by 40 CFR 60, Appendix F and 40 CFR 75 quality assurance procedures. Also, our personnel will prepare a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manual for each CEM System according to 40 CFR 60, Appendix F requirements.
